- You are a member but haven't been in contact with us for many years and need to update your details.
- You are unsure of you membership status but wish to be a member. (We hold a large, but old database)
If you give us permission to share your details on the form below, we will:
- Put them behind a password protected webpage that only other MHA members can view.
- Show only your name, the date you left MH, the city that you live near, email address and the text in the "tell us about yourself" box (if you wish to write anything).
- Exclude the email addresses of all members below the age of 19, and then only publish them once we receive permission.
