Notice is hereby given that the second Annual General Meeting of The Mount House Association will be held in the library of Mount House School on Saturday 28th June 2008 at 11.30 am (by kind permission of the Headmaster)

AGENDA:

1.Apologies for absence; Matters arising from the Minutes of the first Annual General Meeting; Signing of the Minutes of the last AGM as a true record.

2. To confirm the election/appointment of new MEMBERS OF COUNCIL.

3. To receive the TREASURER’S REPORT and the ACCOUNTS for the period to 31st May 2008.

4. To appoint an INDEPENDENT EXAMINER of the Accounts.

5. To receive the CHAIRMAN’s REPORT.

6. To elect a CHAIRMAN for the coming year.

7. Any other business. (Please advise the Secretary of subject matter in advance of the Meeting)
